With a deep connection to childhood— both her own and that of her two children, Sarah aims to pay homage to the nuances and wonder that come with viewing the world from the perspective of a tender age. An abundance of joy and imagined worlds lie therein, and Sarah employs her art as a means to grasp them, honor them, and preserve them. She lives in the mountains of North Carolina with her husband and kids.
